The service was great. Charles was a great guy with lots of experience. He explained what he was going to do and why. He presented me with the costs of the service before he started. He arrived on time. He performed all tasks professionally and he fixed or installed new light fixtures both inside and outside of the house. He consulted me on preferences and kept informed of the status of the projects. I will definitely use this company again.

The technicians of Mr. Electric were very professional. There were invitations for up-sales; but, that is to be expected when a company offers a promotional special. The work was done well and efficiently. Mr. Electric will be our first contact in the future should we have additional needs for an electrician.

Overall, the project went very well. It was a sizable job that took longer than expected. Mr. Electric staff were professional, considerate and stayed on the job until electricity was restored, which was about 7pm. We were very pleased with them!
